Linda Sekhon, DHSc, PA-C, graduated in 1983 from Gannon University Physician Assistant Program, obtained a a Masters of Medical Science from Saint Francis University in 1997, and in 2010, she completed her doctoral studies in Health Science from Nova Southestern University. Linda has been a PA educator since 1996 and is currently the founding chair of the High Point University PA Studies Program. For more than ten years, Linda’s clinical practice focused on Rheumatology during which time she had multiple presentations and publications focusing on Rheumatologic conditions. Linda served as the chair of the Governance Commission for the AAPA, and as served in the AAPA House of Delegates since 2005. She is the current Secretary for the NCAPA and serves on the Professional Development Review Panel. During her career she has served as the President of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, as well as Vice President of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants.
